Lymphatic Drainage

The lymphatic system is an accessory circulation system that transports the lymphatic fluid (The lymph) from body tissues back to the circulatory system. Beyond removing fluid excess from body tissues, the lymphatic system absorbs the fatty acids and is a component of the immunologic system.

Lymphatic drainage is a technique of gentle massage that aims to help and stimulate the lymph circulation.
